𝑨𝒓𝒆 𝒉𝒂𝒊𝒓 𝒆𝒙𝒕𝒆𝒏𝒔𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔 𝐄𝐓𝐇𝐈𝐂𝐀𝐋❓🤔
This is a question I’ve received a few times and so I thought I’d create this informative post to answer in more detail🖊
I’ve actually contacted each supplier I use and summarised the information I found:
🖊 Hair is ethically sourced from donors who are willing to sell their hair to raw hair buyers - it’s important to note that the raw hair used for extensions is of a very specific type and quality… This means each donor is acutely assessed in terms of their lifestyle, health, and haircare routine, to guarantee their hair is of sufficient quality. This ensures no one is exploited in the process - because such a specific kind of hair is needed this means the raw hair is in much higher demand, and so the donors are paid a very high price for their hair - this is what makes it a fair and ethical business. If the standards for hair extensions were lower this would mean that donor hair would be less in demand and thus donors would be paid less - luckily this isn’t the case!
🖊 I have been reassured by my suppliers that they have used the same hair source for almost a decade and fully trust the ethics of these factories. The directors of each supplier also visit the source to ensure the quality and consistency remains. They PHYSICALLY see the process and where the hair actually comes from by visiting in person!
❤️I would never use suppliers or products that are not ethically sourced - when you choose Blessed Hair By Holly™️ you are not only choosing a luxury service for a fair price but also the reassurance that your money is supporting an ethical and fair trade.❤️
